Sarah’s Body Blitz offers an individualised approach to online wellness programmes. Each programme is tailored to your needs with 1 to 1 coaching to hit your goals. The focus is on nutrition and simple exercises that can be done at home or in the gym.
I am a qualified food & wellness coach, personal trainer and triathlon coach. I have a degree and master degree in biochemistry and therefore take a scientific and supportive approach to weight loss and fitness. There are no gimmicks, meal replacements or a one-size-fits all approach.
Established in 2014, I have helped a range of different people from athletes to new mums achieve their goals from all over the world. What makes this programme different from so many others, is the continued support, advice and encouragement.
I have always been involved in sport and exercise from a young age and have the philosophy that exercise should be fun and also challenging. I love lifting weights and Crossfit as well as competing in triathlons. I also enjoy hiking, mountain biking and skiing. I love food and have a passion for helping people make the right nutritional choices,by creating tasty exciting recipes.
